Incident Command

Our Incident Command Course is a comprehensive two-day programme designed for team leaders and supervisors responsible for first response during emergency incidents. Combining theoretical insights with practical exercises, the course covers effective leadership, functional command, team building, and incident debriefs. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a controlled environment, practicing command and control skills essential for managing emergency situations.

By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped to motivate teams, lead effectively, and oversee incident response with confidence. Held at your organisation’s premises, this course accommodates 8–12 students and is delivered by two expert instructors.
